Exchange and Return Policy

Return/Cancellation Terms

  • The customer has the right to return/exchange the product within 7 days of receiving it, provided that the product has not been used or any benefit derived from it. (A receipt as proof of purchase is required).
  • In order to accept a return or exchange, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging without being damaged.
  • If the customer wishes to return/exchange the product, they will bear the associated shipping costs.
  • The customer also has the right to an exchange in the event that a damaged or defective product arrives as a result of the shipping and delivery process, or in the event that the wrong product arrives, provided that the objection is made within the first 7 days from the date of receiving the product.
  • The product cannot be returned/exchanged after 7 days from the date of receipt.
  • No product that has been used can be returned/exchanged under any circumstances according to the regulations.


Exchange/Return/Cancellation Method

  • To return a product, it is required that the product be in good condition and that the customer has not used the product or benefited from it. We have the right to inspect the product before returning it to ensure its safety, and the customer bears all shipping and inspection fees or any other fees.
  • If the product arrives damaged, with proof of this, you can also contact the company's customer service numbers or social media accounts.
  • Send the shipment via the address sent to you by customer service.
  • For orders paid online: If a cancellation request is made after the order has been shipped, the amount paid will be refunded within 10 working days after the shipment is returned to the company's warehouses.
  • After the product arrives, the quality team will check the condition of the product, provided that the product is intact and not fully or partially consumed.
  • The amount will be transferred to the customer's account within 10 days, according to the policy of the customer's bank.
